I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and their unique stories with compassion and respect. I do not use the same therapeutic techniques with everyone, because each client has different needs and struggles. I am honest, and use open dialogue when we work together. Whatever situation it is you are facing, my focus is to help support you in making the changes necessary to reach your goals. My goal is to work closely with you to assist in helping you to resolve and move forward through life's change of events, life-stage transitions, losses, and traumas.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 10 years. During this time I have primarily worked at an outpatient clinic doing community mental health services based in Santa Monica. My experience includes collaboration with other professionals (i.e, psychiatrists and psychologists) as needed to develop and customize treatment plans for clients. I have also been a school based therapist conducting individual and family sessions at high schools to assist students in improving their school functioning. I have worked closely with school counselors and administrative staff to assist students in obtaining school services (Individualized Educational Plans) and other assistance where it was warranted.
